4. To adjourn meeting to allow public participation and to hear from Councillors present

– Any further speeding issues through Tattersett? Syderstone Parish Council have forwarded
a copy of their Newsletter including their Community Speed Watch Article
– Has the highway ranger attended The Street Tattersett to cut back vegetation
– Has tree cage surrounding jubilee oak at Tatterford been removed/replaced
– Late night MOD manoeuvres, to discuss any continuing problem
– Issue of the fence being erected at Stirling Road; further raised with NNDC who were
bringing to the attention of their Enforcement Team
7. To discuss continued Broadband Connection issues.
8 .Proposed development by Victory Housing of 9 properties at Tatterford Glebe. Email from the Diocese , to confirm that Glebe Surveyor, Edward Knowles, has left and his successor is awaited.
9. Fourwinds Junction, email received from Jon Winnett Highway Engineer 9th August
10. Co-option of new councillor(s) 11 seats in total to be filled for a full Council ( 4 currently available)
