AGENDA

1. Welcome by the Chairman

2. To consider accepting apologies for absence

3. To receive dispensations and record declarations of interest from members in any item to

be discussed

4. To adjourn meeting to allow public participation and to hear from Councillors present,

5. Meeting reconvened. To approve Minutes of Meeting held on 16th May 2017

6. Matters arising (for information only) from Minutes of Meeting held on 16th May 2017:-

– Speeding through Tattersett (see also 7 below re funding of traffic management by

Highways)

– Has Give Way Sign on the Coxford side of A148 crossroads been cleared round/made

visible now

– Has poor flow of the river at Coxford/Tattersett/ponds close to quarry

running orange in colour been addressed/ Also removal of trees at quarry site

– Replacement Notice Board at Tattersett, update of progress from Richard Pillinger

7. Speeding issues at Lancaster Road, email from Highways. No funds for traffic management. To consider the parish partnership scheme which would contribute toward the cost of purchase of flashing warning signs

8. To discuss continued Broadband Connection issues.

9 .Proposed development by Victory Housing of 9 properties at Tatterford Glebe. No further updates from the Diocese at time of preparation of the Agenda

10. Tyre Mountain, Tattersett Business Park, further update from the Enforcement Team, if available

11. Co-option of new councillor(s) 11 seats in total to be filled for a full Council ( 3 currently

available)
